Yes, we can use nail in WPC board. All type of screws and nails can be easily nailed with the help of conventional tools. WPC has better screw and nail holding capacity than plywood. Even you can screw and unscrew at the same position for more than 10 times, it does not gets loose.

Use full groove screw, keep screw straight and push it with screw driver little deeper in WPC board. Apply putty to level the gap.
You can paint or polish WPC board with any color of your choice. Before painting or polishing sand it with sand Paper and then clean it with cloth. Apply PUTTY on the edges of the WPC board and let it dry to make it smooth. After drying start painting starting from the edges to surface.
Yes, you can paste acrylic sheet on WPC board. First of all sand WPC surface with sanding paper and clean properly with cloth and then apply solvent on its surface and then paste acrylic sheet on it and keep pressed for min 1 hour.
Pasting of laminate on WPC is easier than plywood. Before the pasting sand the WPC surface with 80 grit sand paper and then apply Pidilite L-Fix, Alstone Stix-All on WPC and laminate both. Keep it some time to get dry and press it under heavy object. If you are pasting laminate on both sides then use same thickness laminate sheet.
